Edinburgh Summer Festivals: Taiwan Pavilion, is a free festive event supported by Ministry of Culture in Taiwan and Taipei Representative Office in Edinburgh. It aims to promote Taiwan's culture to a worldwide audience. In 2013, Taiwan Pavilion in Edinburgh had invited 11 splendid performing art groups from Taiwan to showcase their performances in the renowned Edinburgh International Festival (EIF), Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival and Edinburgh Fringe Festival. This year, there will be a number of prestigious Taiwanese photographers and artists to deliver their work and experiences to the audience. Taiwan Pavilion will also host a three-week exhibition of Taiwan's orchid flowers at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.
